GENERAL

1. When is the SNACC 2023 Annual Meeting?
September 8-10, 2023 at the Westin Alexandria Old Town in Alexandria, Virginia, United States
(Metro Washington, DC)

2. What time zone is used for the sessions times listed?
US EasternTime, the time zone in Alexandria, Virginia, USA, is used for the times listed on the Schedule.

3. What if I cannot attend in person?
There will be limited opportunities to access recordings of the in-person content after the event. Please allow until the end of September for recorded content to be available. Access information will be emailed to all event registrants. A Recordings Only registration option is available. In additon to recordings made available after the event, Recordings Only registrants may participate in the Abstract Sessions Saturday, September 9 and Sunday, September 10.

4. How many continuing education credits can I earn by participating in the SNACC Annual Meeting?
Credits are based on the number of sessions you attend. The total number of credits available will be determined by SNACCs accreditation partner, ASA, and will be announced prior to the meeting.

5. Is registration required in order to view website content?
No. All website content is available to all site visitors regardless of registration status.

4. Can I bring a guest to the in-person conference? 
Everyone participating in the Annual Meeting activities at the Westin Alexandria Old Town must purchase an event registration. Annual Meeting registrants may purchase additional tickets to bring guests to the SNACC Networking Gala and/or the Social Fundraiser. Tickets to these activities are limited and are expected to sell out quickly. Social Fundraiser participants must be 21 or older to enter the venue. 

5. Can I decide to attend in-person at the last minute and complete my registration in Alexandria?
Yes, you may decide to register onsite in Alexandria. Pre-event registration will close on August 23. Any registrations after August 23 will be processed onsite in Alexandria and will be charged at the Onsite fee. Please note that tickets for activities requiring an additional fee may sell out quickly and may not be available for purchase onsite.

1. What platform is being used for the Annual Meeting website?
Cadmium is the platform for the SNACC 2023 Annual Meeting website. 

2. I am looking at a presentation that does not have as much content as the others. The website must not be working properly.
All content that has been provided by the presenters will be made live on this website as it becomes available. Some presenters chose not to provide as much information as others. The content you see is all that has been made available. 

3. Who can I contact to receive technical assistance with the website?
